Tinnitus Pitch Finder

Instructions:

Please keep your device (phone or computer) plugged in and connected to wifi to ensure uninterrupted listening.

Find a space that is very quiet so that you can hear small differences in pitch without interference from background noise.

Play the sounds below to discover which pitch (in Hz) best matches the pitch of your tinnitus.

To maximize the efficacy of your custom sleep sounds, please use your Sleep Headphones when assessing your tinnitus pitch.

As always, start at a low volume to prevent any sudden loud noises which can harm your ears.

If you cannot hear any sound, please try increasing the volume, and make sure your phone is not on 'mute' (the small switch on the side of your phone).
